QUESTION: Could I have a second with you? I know you're going to need more money for the Sudan.
SECRETARY POWELL: Pardon?
QUESTION: I'm with Congressional Quarterly. I just wanted to check in with you. I know you guys are going to need more
money for Sudan --
SECRETARY POWELL: I'm going to do what?
QUESTION: You're definitely going to need more money for Sudan. I'm wondering if you have any idea when you're going to
be able to make that request from Congress.
SECRETARY POWELL: No, we've got funds now and we don't have an estimate. And I don't have an estimate for a time yet.
QUESTION: Do you think it will be before the end of the 108th?
SECRETARY POWELL: I can't -- I just told you, I don't have an estimate of the time yet.
QUESTION: Thank you very much. 2004/256 [End]
