German & Palestinian Detained in Kufr Ein
REPORT: One Palestinian and one German international detained by army after yet another army raid on the village of Kufr Ein.
Tonight at around 10.45p.m. 2 army jeeps came into Kufr Ein letting off 5 or 6 sound bombs and some light bombs. They then went straight to the house of Nader Rafai who was detained by the army along with one German international by the name of Guenter Wimmer (a 60 years old social worker from Munich).
A young boy of 14 from the same Rifai family was briefly detained and then released. Nader and his family have been under constant harrassment from the army who have been coming into the village almost every night for the last 3 weeks.
Nader and his immediate family have been taken in for questioning over 15 times. This is the latest in a number of incidents in this village that is experiencing various forms of collective punishment.
Please call the DCL and ask why the army continually has incursions into this and neighbouring villages.
