IOF Tears down Three Houses and Arrests Three Brothers in Gaza Strip
Palestine -- The Israeli occupying forces (IOF) demolished completely two houses, east of Rafah crossing, just south of
Rafah city, south of Gaza Strip along with a third one in the central Gaza Strip city of Deir Al Balah after arresting
three youths dwelled it .
Palestinian security sources told IPC correspondent that two IOF D-9 bulldozers supported by four military convoys
advanced deep into east of Rafah crossing from the border line with Egypt amid a barrage of random gunfire.
Shortly their arrival at the area, the Israeli bulldozers knocked down fully two houses owned by Abed Al Ziz Abu Shousha
and Sultan Abu Seinada, local sources said.
Meanwhile, three brothers were arrested in Al Ja’frawe area, south east of Deir Al Balah, middle of Gaza Strip
Palestinian security sources pointed out that an IOF contingent moved from the illegitimate Jewish settlement of “Kfar
Daroum” towards Al Ja’farawe area and arrested the three brothers Yasser (25), Mohammed (24) and Hani Al Shawe (22), all
were led to undisclosed destination.
The soldiers also messed up with the furnishings of Nasser Al Shawe , the father of the three arrested and used dynamite
to explode the house , reducing it to a pile of debris, the same sources added.
Furthermore, the IOF bulldozers razed 70 dunums of the Palestinian-owned lands in Al-hiker area, south of Deir Al Balah,
WAFA reported.
Eyewitnesses told WAFA that four D-9 bulldozers, accompanied by military convoys, invaded the aforementioned area amidst
the whizzing of live bullets and leveled up 70 dunums of the arable lands planted by citrus, owned by Abu Holi and Abu
Razeq families.
The Israeli bulldozers also ripped off the irrigation networks in the area, the witnesses said.
In the meantime, Mahmoud al Aloul, governor of Nablus said that the Israeli occupying forces pulled back today morning
its troops and heavy artillery from the Nablus city and its outskirts to be deployed around the city, leaving behind
grand havoc.
In a phone call by the international press center (IPC), al Aloul was quoted as saying “once the Israeli troops
redeployed its forces around of the city the governorate sent the field crews to account and estimate the amount of
losses inflicted by the IOF military offensive”.
The IOF redeployment in Nablus came in the aftermath of 20-days military onslaught labeled by Israeli troops as “stills
water” , targeting people and reeking havoc to the infrastructure and the antiquities in the old town of Nablus.
Over the last 20 days the Israeli occupying forces have escalated their attacks against civilians, killing nearly 18 ,
wounding further 200, arresting tens , imposing a strict curfew on the old city of Nablus as well as demolishing and
dynamiting historical buildings which are home to dozens of Palestinian families.
