Judge Rules Against Scottish and Swedish Peace Activists
In Tel Aviv District Court, Judge Zaf cancelled the suspension of the deportations of Andrew Muncie and Andreas Koninek,
the two peace activists who had attempted to halt the destruction of a family of nine in Nablus last Sunday morning.
Judge Zaf said in his ruling that the two activists, having barricaded themselves into a home that the Israeli army
wanted to demolish, had obstructed the army in its course of duty, and that the Ministry of the Interior was therefore
correct to cancel their tourist visas.
It remains unclear as to whether the two men will attempt to resist the deportation any further.
