Terrorist incidents in Kashmir and Pakistan
Speaking after the latest terrorist attacks in Kashmir and Pakistan, an FCO spokesman said:
'We were appalled by reports of terrorist attacks in Kashmir and Muree. The horrific attacks on pilgrims on the 'Amarnath' pilgrimage and on a Christian school in Muree in Pakistan demonstrate the high price paid by Indian and Pakistani citizens over years of terrorist violence."
"Our sympathies are with the families of the Pakistani and Indian citizens who died. These incidents, which follow earlier terrorist attacks in other cities in both countries, further underline the need for sustained action by all concerned to take effective action against terrorism."
