More Than 100 Kashmiris Killed By Indian Troops In Indian Held Kashmir, Admitted By Police Authorities In Srinagar.

Protest Day will be observed on both sides of the Line of Control on Friday against the ongoing spurt of Indian terrorism in occupied Kashmir, particularly the gory incident of Charar-e-Sharif. Elaborate arrangements have been finalized for the large-scale rallies, processions and demonstrations to mark the occasion. Khatibs of Jamia mosques all across occupied as well as Azad Kashmir will focus their khutabas on the massacre of Kashmiris by Indian troops and disgracing of women besides desecration of sacred Muslim places such as mosques and shrines. The Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mehmood has said, the people of Azad Kashmir will hold public rallies and tajke out protest processions to practically demonstrate their solidarity with their brothers in occupied Kashmir who are facing ever increasing Indian military terrorism. In Jammu, the Secretary General of the Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Movement, Muhammad Sharif Sartaj and Secretary Information, Jammu and Kashmir peoples Movement, Farah Kazmi have in separate statements said, that the Protest Day on Friday against killings by Task Force in Charar-e-Sharif, and continuing Indian Terrorism in every nook and corner of occupied territory, was intended to attract world attention to the plight of Kashmiris. Police authorities in Srinagar have admitted that the Indian troops in their stepped up genocidal operations killed as many as 100 Kashmiris in the past 12 days alone. However, independent circles have claimed that the number of people killed by troops is higher than disclosed by the police officials.
