AUS: $500 Million F-111 Contract

$500 Million F-111 Contract
The Minister for Defence, John Moore, will tomorrow announce the preferred tenderer for long term support and upgrade contracts for Australia's F-111 aircraft.
The contracts will involve deep maintenance and associated integrated logistic support for the F-111, as well as the design, test and incorporation of future upgrades to the F-111 weapon system.
The estimated value of both contracts, over the full term, exceeds $500 million.
