Peacekeeper Private Leonard Manning; in particular, the arrest and extradition to East Timor of any suspects found on
Indonesian territory.
10) Statement before Security Council, July 27, 2000 02/08/00 (Indonesian Government) As affirmed in the said report,
the Government of Indonesia has established a satisfactory level of cooperation with the United Nations Transitional
Administration in East Timor (UNTAET) since the inception of its mandate by the Security Council.
