The forces behind Ayatollah Khamenei, those who have instigated murder and violence against the people have finally shown their true face.
By closing down major newspapers, arresting their editors and journalists, and by enforcing the "law" of the jungle, the conservative Shiites, under the direction of Mr. Khamenei have once again staged an all out war against the forces of freedom, against the people of Iran.
It was reported today that the culprits arrested for the serial murders of the fall of 1998, were released by the Islamic court. Ironically, two prominent journalists, both exposing the murderous crimes of the past year, the killing of Dariush and Parvaneh Forouhar and the other intellectuals and exposing the incidents of July 1999, the arrest and beating of innocent students by the Islamic vigilantes, were arrested and incarcerated.
A coup d'etat has taken place in Iran.
The fundamentalists whose existence has been totally shattered by the recent elections are taking their defeat with a grain of salt. Reform has shaken the very foundation of the Islamic Republic and the very existence of the Velayte Faghigh. Iranians, young and old, are determined that this is a struggle for survival, this is a struggle to reach their final destiny as a free nation.
The coup might be successful temporarily, might set the motion behind, but in the final analysis, the Iranian people will endure.
Twenty one year of criminality and inhumanity must come to an end. Our nation has suffered enough. It is time for healing. It is time for triumph of goodness over evil-The evil of the Islamic Regime.
Those who attempt to halt the road towards democracy and justice will not prevail. The nation is determined, more than ever before that the path to Freedom and Democracy cannot be altered.
