1. Embassy received the above-referenced Diplomatic Note dated
January 27, 2010 from the Mexican government relative to the
transportation of hazardous waste through the U.S for exportation
to France. This notification was sent to EPA/OECA for processing.
2. The Mexican company and export notification numbers are: Sem
Tredi, S.A. de C.V., MX/bc/004/10.
3. The receiving company in France and quantity is the following:
