SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S. - SPONSORED TRAINING: DOJ, ANTIGANGS JUSTICE SECTOR SECURITY IN SAN SALVADOR
1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend the DOJ, Antigangs Justice Sector Security Training in San Salvador, El Salvador, from March 18 - 27, 2010. The names are listed with the surname first, followed by rank and DOB:
