1. This is an action request.
2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, Post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidate from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) who has been
nominated to attend the Officer Tactical Intelligence Course during
the period March 10 through 27 July, 2010; training location -
Lackland AFB, TX/Ft Huachuca, NM, USA.
