1. (U) This is an action request.
2. (U) Embassy delivered official invitations for the two
Yemeni nominees named in reftel to attend the Presidential
Entrepreneurship Summit, April 26-27. One of the invitees,
Na'ama Saeed, Director of the Al-Wafa Women Association, a
small NGO, will be unable to attend the Summit without
external funding for roundtrip airfare from Sana'a, Yemen,
lodging, and per diem for her time in Washington. Embassy
requests that the Department explore ways to fund Na'ama's
travel to Washington for the Summit. Embassy POC is
