SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S. - SPONSORED TRAINING: 5th ANNUAL SOVEREIGN
CHALLENGE CONFERENCE
1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individual who has been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act.
2. The following individual will attend the 5th Annual Sovereign
Challenge Conference in Key West, Florida, from March 8 - 11, 2010.

3. As the U.S. Embassy Managua Leahy vetting coordinating office,
