(SBU) On December 31 in response to reftel points, Andrej
Dogan, Head of the MFA International Security Department,
thanked the USG for the draft and said the GoC had already
started to analyze the text. Dogan noted that he was
planning on attending the January 19 conference in Budapest,
pending approval for the trip from his superiors.
