On December 17 the Embassy delivered to the Tunisian Ministry
of Foreign Affairs the points outlined reftel along with a
non-paper summarizing the views of the U.S. Government on the
status of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear
Weapons and preparations for the upcoming international
review conference. The Embassy will report any substantive
reaction we receive.
