(SBU) Post supports the following fiscal year 2010 (FY10)
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) section 1206 funded
proposal from U.S. Africa Command for Maritime Domain
Awareness Capability Centers in Mauritius and Seychelles.
This proposal supports the goals and objectives of U.S.
Embassy Port Louis. The Chief of Mission concurs with this
proposal. Both Seychelles and Mauritius have been approved
for Fast Track Leahy vetting.
