SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S. - SPONSORED TRAINING: ADVANCED CONCEALMENT COURSE
IN COSTA RICA
1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend the Advanced Concealment
Course in Liberia, Costa Rica from January 26 - 29, 2010. The
names are listed with the surname first, followed by rank and DOB:
