SUBJECT: BOGOTA FUNDING REQUEST TO HIRE A CIVIL ENGINEER FOR THE NEW
CAC RENOVATION AND FEBR WALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

1. Post requests funding in the amount of USD$75,000 to hire a
local civil engineer who will oversee the upcoming compound access
control (CAC) renovation and forced entry ballistic resistance
(FEBR) wall construction projects.
2. When funds are received from OBO, Post HRO will process a fixed
term contract which will continue until the end of fiscal year. The
contract will have the option to be extended. In order to move
these two projects along, funding is required as soon as possible.
