1. (SBU) PolCouns delivered reftel demarche to Americas
Bureau Director Albachir Toure on Oct 26. Toure did not have
substantive comments regarding the upcoming votes on human
rights resolutions in the UNGA Third Committee, however, he
said he would pass the message to Mali's UN representatives.
He also requested a summary of the U.S. positions in the form
of a diplomatic note.
