(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel points to Marko Horvat Head of
the MFA NATO Department on October 15. Horvat said the USG
position on membership in the Southeastern Europe Defense
Ministerial (SEDM) for Serbia and Montenegro was in line with
Croatia's and that he would pass the information through the
appropriate channels.
