of Foreign Affairs desk officer for IAEA affairs Salima
Lyoussoufi Oct. 7. Lyoussoufi replied that Morocco plans to
send a delegation to the Exercise Planning Group meeting in
January 2010. The Russian Embassy in Morocco was unable to
obtain clearance from Moscow to deliver reftel demarche
jointly.
