1. (SBU) On October 26, poloff delivered talking points,
along with applicable documents, to MFA's Acting Department
Head for Middle East Affairs Allan Kristensen. Kristensen
indicated the issue was not currently being discussed, but
agreed it was important and should be placed on the agenda.
Kristensen said he would give us more information as internal
discussions progressed.
