Nobel Prize
1. The Argentine Foreign Ministry hand-delivered to the DCM October
10 a letter of congratulations from President Cristina Fernandez de
Kirchner (CFK) to President Obama on his Nobel Peace Prize. The MFA
advised the DCM that CFK had asked that the letter be delivered
prior to her departure that same evening on a week-long trip to
India. Embassy is pouching the original letter to WHA/BSC.
