1. (U) Post has discussed the proposed FY10 program plan
amongst members of the Law Enforcement Working Group and has
no additional comments. EXBS Advisor has also briefed key
EXBS program interlocutors at the Thai Ministry of Commerce
and Royal Thai Customs, who likewise had no additional
suggestions or requests.
2. (U) Post concurs with proposed FY10 program.
