the workshop on "Security Sector Development: National Priorities
and Regional Approaches" in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, which will begin
on October 5, 2009. Post vetting was completed on September 24,
2009. Post requests that vetting be completed by October 1 to
provide sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department
