1. This is an action request.
2. Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act, post
requests the Department's assistance in screening the following
candidates from the Iraqi Security Forces who has been nominated
visit to the United States to meet with OSD and DOS staff.
3. The name of the proposed candidate follows:

POSITION: Iraqi Army, Colonel and Staff Officer in the MOD-M-10
CBRN Branch
DOB: 10 December 1963
TYPE OF TRAINING: Partnership meetings and briefings with OSD
