1. (U) Pol/Econ Chief delivered reftel points September 24 to
Hamza Khelif, in the Security and Disarmament Division of the
General Directorate of Political Affairs and International
Security. Khelif said he would refer this matter to his
superiors, but was fairly certain Algeria would participate.
He asked whether workshop organizers would fund travel and
lodging for Government of Algeria participants.
