Trade (DFAIT) on September 16 confirmed to PolMinCouns that
Prime Minister Stephen Harper would attend the September 24
Friends of Democratic Pakistan Summit in New York and that he
wishes an opportunity to speak. Neither DFAIT nor the Privy
Council Office could yet provide the names/titles of his
"plus four."
