SUBJECT: OPEN SKIES TREATY REIMBURSEMENT
1. The United States shared an Open Skies Treaty mission
with Turkey over the Russian Federation the week of 4 August.
According to the joint modalities agreed on May 13, 2008,
the U.S. agreed to pay the Government of Turkey no more than
$5,000 U.S. dollars as reimbursement for our share of the
expenses.
2. We request that Post forward the $5,000 funds to the
Turkish bank account per the information provided below using
the following fund cite information. Request Post report on
confirmation of payment date.
