(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel message on December 12 to
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Chief of Service of the Principal
Bodies of the UN Redoune Houssaini regarding harmonization of
conditions of service at the United Nations. Houssaini
agreed to forward the U.S. proposal to his supervisors for
their consideration in lieu of accepting the other two
proposals from the Fifth Committee and the UN Secretary
General.
