1. (SBU) Post delivered reftel demarche to the
International Department, Ministry of Finance (MOF), the
Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, Ministry of
Commerce (MOFCOM), and the International Organizations
Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
2. (SBU) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) confirmed
that Vice Foreign Minister He Yafei will lead China's
delegation to the meeting in Doha and that MOF and MOFCOM
officials will be part of the delegation.
3. (U) Jennifer Adams, Development Counselor
(adamsjx@state.gov; jeadams@usaid.gov), and David Moore,
Economic Officer (mooredt@state.gov), will serve as U.S.
Embassy Beijing points of contact.
