(U) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Renars Vilde, the MFA's
Second Secretary of the Americas and Caribbean Counties Division.
Vilde stated that he would pass the information on governments that
have not ratified the MLAT agreement to Latvian missions in those
countries to follow up with their interlocuters for a status.
