1. Sayeman Bula-Bula was born in 1949 in Bandundu province. He is
a member of the Yanz ethnic group. He is currently a tenured
professor at the University of Kinshasa teaching public law. He
also serves as a member of the Permanent Arbitration Court. He
previously served as an ad hoc judge at the International Court of
Justice.
