but not found, any bank record of foreign exchange receipts from or
payment to the following five individuals and two entities
designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury on September 16,
2008 pursuant to E.O. 13438 for threatening the peace and stability
of Iraq and the Government of Iraq:
