1. Econ Assistant delivered reftel points requesting
financial assistance for the World Bank-managed Kosovo
Debt Relief Fund, and urging GOF to support IMF and
World Bank membership for Kosovo to Mr Martti Eirola,
Kosovo Desk Officer at the Finnish Ministry of Foreign
Affairs (MFA) on September 26. On October 1, Eirola
said the issue needs some more consultations on the
MFA side, thereafter the MFA will be able to reply
