1. (SBU) Per reftel, post submitted information on USG designations
of an additional 5 Iranian entities and individuals under E.O. 13382
to Elisabeth Ottawa, Terrorism Financing Coordinator in the
Financial Markets Directorate of the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
Post also sent reftel information to Alfred Lejsek, Head of the
MoF's Financial Markets Unit, as well as to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs' International Security Cooperation Office.
2. (SBU) In a September 2 follow-up, Elisabeth Ottawa told us that
the MoF had circulated the information to all banks and financial
institutions in Austria.
