SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, LATIN AMERICAN CADET
INITIATIVE COURSE IN NEW YORK
1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend the Latin American
Cadet Initiative Course in New York from October 14 to
November 1, 2008. The names are listed with the surname
first:
