(SBU) German MFA Global Initiative (GI) point of contact Marc
Hinrichsen reviewed the agenda proposed in reftel. He stated
he will pass the information to the proper agency, likely the
German Federal Police (BKA). He indicated Germany is likely
to take an active role in the 2009 GI meetings, as they are
not hosting meetings this year. Hinrichsen agreed to provide
any German comments to the agenda by the requested date.
