1. (SBU) On September 21, Poloff conveyed refel points on
US UNGA goals and priorities to Ambassador Talal al-Khudairi,
the head of the MFA's International Organizations Department.
Al-Khudairi did not provide any substantive response but
promised that the MFA would study the points carefully.
Al-Khudairi is scheduled to depart Baghdad September 22 to
join Foreign Minister Zebari and the rest of the Iraqi
delegation already in New York.
