1. The Embassy has exchanged diplomatic notes with attachments with
the GOJ and received GOJ note verbale for the following cases: 804
and EUR-J-1/2008.
U.S. notes and attachments for above cases were given to MOFA in
final form on:
- Case No 804: June 3, 2008
- EUR-J-1/2008: July 2, 2008
The corresponding GOJ note numbers for the cases are:
-Case No 804: 2674/DNS-IN
-EUR-J-1/2008: 2675/DNS-IN
2. The text of the GOJ note is exactly the same as previously used
standard text, ref A, except for the specification of numbers and
dates above.
3. A certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and original of
the GOJ DNS-IN number, will be pouched to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) on August 4, 2008 under registry no. 5723904.
