1. This cable is in response to State 77167 asking Post to identify
key host country entrepreneurs under the age of 40 in the Arab and
Muslim communities of Ecuador for a potential Arab/Muslim Annual
Regional Entrepreneurs Conference (AREC). After consultation with a
number of sections and agencies supporting the U.S. mission in
Ecuador, we recommend the following persons based on the criteria in
State 62391. Both are young entrepreneurs (30 and 31) and are
active in the community.
