SUBJECT: DRC: FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT - DHRF II
Post's DHRF II Financial Status Report (FSR) for 2008 follows.
1. Embassy Kinshasa is pleased to report that all Democracy and
Human Rights project funds prior to FY07 have been liquidated and
activities closed.
2. Eight projects were funded with the $70,000 allocated to Embassy
Kinshasa FY 2007. Five of the projects have been completed well and
all receipts submitted to USAID. Post does not anticipate any
problems closing out the remaining projects.

will be submitted by August 1. They anticipate completion of final
phase by September 30.

Status: Project has been completed, and Post is waiting for one more
receipt to submit to USAID.

Status: Project completed well all receipts submitted to USAID.
Part B - Status of Current Fiscal Year (FY 2008) Funds:
