Bush, President of the United States of America. Your
Excellency, As the American people the world over celebrate
the 232nd anniversary of their Country's Independence, I
would like to express to your Excellency, my very best wishes
for your continued personal well being and happiness as well
as the prosperity of your people. I am confident that the
spirit of friendship and cooperation which bind our two
countries and peoples will be further strengthened in the
