1. (SBU) EconOff delivered reftel points June 5 to Nelly
Blokker, Policy Officer, Humanitarian Aid Division, Ministry
of Foreign Affairs. Blokker informed EconOff June 16 that
the Dutch Embassy in Vienna would represent the Netherlands
at the June 23 conference on reconstruction of the Nahr
al-Barid refugee camp. Blokker also stated that the Dutch
will contribute 1.5 million Euros in 2008 to the UNWRA
campaign to reconstruct the al-Barid camp. (Note: In 2007,
the Dutch contributed 500,000 Euros to UNWRA for al-Barid.
