1. Per instructions refs A-C, Embassy Freetown delivered
points to the Sierra Leone Ministries of Foreign Affairs and
Agriculture to convey information on the President's Global
Food Security Initiative and to seek their cooperation. Post
also conveyed the importance of not imposing export
restrictions on food commodities and provided information on
the role that agricultural biotechnology can play in reducing
world hunger.
