1. Poloff delivered reftel demarche, encouraging Namibia to join
the Hague Code of Conduct, to MFA Multilateral Affairs Officer Nada
Kreuger on May 7, 2008. Kreuger had no substantive reply, but
promised to forward the information to the relevant MFA legal
officials who review all possible Namibian participation in
international/multilateral bodies.
