Prime Minister Fukuda will lead the Government of Japan's delegation
to the FAO meeting in June. The PM will be accompanied by Minister

deliver in the upcoming Food Summit will emphasize the determination
of Japan to make possible contributions to ensure global food
security. Specifically, the speech stresses a resolve to put second
generation biofuel to practical use. The speech also stresses

participant countries in the July Group of Eight Summit (Lake Toya
