Post will place an op-ed, if provided one by the Department,
in leading daily newspapers on May 21 in order to promote the
Day of Solidarity with the Cuban People. At this time there
are no plans by the GOES or local NGO's to promote Cuba
Solidarity Day. Post will provide an update if this changes.
