On May 8, poloff delivered reftel points on the UNSCR 1803 60-day
report, together with a copy of the U.S. submission, to MFA
International Organizations Department Desk Officer Phan Ho The Nam.
According to Nam, the GVN is still in the process of preparing its
1803 report. While he could not provide an exact timeframe for when
the report will be submitted, Nam said it would be soon.
